Riverview Long Term Care experienced a failure of their fire alarm system. This system had been scheduled for an upgrade or replacement with a new addressable fire alarm system in early 2019. Class A Fire Consulting provided the scope of work letter, verification and an acceptable letter to the City of Medicine Hat detailing that this project was a repair to the existing fire alarm system to ensure the building has adequate protection while the new system is being installed. No certificate was issued for this project.
